Noise violation
Dear: Ms. Roswitha M. Neason it has come to our attention of the management office that you are in violation of your house rules by not abiding to the respected quite hours as note Blue ridge estates house rules.
TAKE NOTICE that according to the terms of your lease agreement, the Virgina residential landlord and tenant act, and the applicable federal regulations, you are required to:
1. according to paragraph #12 any member of the resident's household, a Guest or Premise by other resident control that threaten the health or safety of, or the right peaceful enjoyment or of their residences by person's residing in the immediate vicinity of the premise.
2. According to paragraph # 10 of the blue ridge estates house rules effect June 2011: the resident signed and agreed to adhere to the following:
# 10 quite hours are from 10 p.m. - 7 a.m.
You failure to comply with the terms of your lease and house rules can result in a 21-30 notice for material noncompliance with these provisions, and if not remedied in the manner and with within the specified above, will be grounds of terminations of your lease agreement and for eviction from your apartment.
Date of appointment: Sept 12 at 8: 30 a.m. be on time! P.s. That guest was seen recently on the apartment complex we have asked you to not have this guest show up. Yet you have not listened his is your last warning. Vister's are allowed only once a year.Tell your guest this repeatedly if you desire to keep your home.
